Product introduction

 

A main component of X-type molecular sieve is aluminosilicate, silicon-oxy and alumina tetrahedron to form a FAU-type structure the main crystal structure is twelve membered rings.

In molecular sieve 13X, sodium ion formation with a pore opening of 9-10Å (1Å=1×10-10m), that is type 13X (also known as NaX-type) molecular sieve.

Molecular formula: Na2O.Al2O3 .2.45SiO2.6.OH2O

 

Scope of application

Molecular sieve 13X is applied in the desiccating process of industrial gas and gas purification in air separation unit ,mainly aiming for the removal of H2O,CO2 and hydrocarbon gases. To meet the special requirements of the cryogenic air separation industry, we improve the ability to absorb carbon dioxide and water so as to avoid the occurrence of cold tower phenomenon in air separation process. Molecular sieve 13X has the characteristics of high CO2 adsorption capacity, low regeneration temperature and long service life.

Natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, liquid paraffin (propane, butane) dehydration and desulfurization (removal of H2S and mercaptan).

The deep drying of general gas (such as compressed air, permanent gases)

Ammonia synthesis gas drying and purification.

Desulfurization aerosol propellant deodorant.

Store

Room temperature, relative humidity not greater than 90% indoors: avoid water, acid, alkali, isolate air, and store in airtight.

 

Regeneration

Removal of water: dry gas such as nitrogen, air, hydrogen, saturated hydrocarbon, etc. can be heated to 150-320°C and pass into the molecular sieve bed under 0.3-0.5kg/m2 pressure for 3-4 hours, and then to the adsorber Pass in dry cold air for about 2-3 hours, isolate the air and cool to room temperature.

Removal of organic matter: the adsorbate can be replaced from the molecular sieve with water vapor, and then heated to (1). The regeneration can also be regenerated by superheated steam or inert gas at 200-350℃. Exposure to gases that produce explosive mixtures).
