Product introduction
 
 
Molecular sieve 4A is an alkali alumino silicate; it is the sodium form of the Type A crystal structure. 4A molecular sieve has an effective pore opening of about 4 angstroms (0.4nm). XINGFENG type 4A molecular sieve will adsorb most molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 4 angstroms and exclude those larger. Such adsorbable molecules include simple gas molecules such as oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxyde and straight chain hydrocarbons. Branched chain hydrocarbons and aromatics are excluded.
 
 
The 4A molecular sieve adsorbent has a 4 angstrom (4A) pore size; this means that any molecule that is larger than the 4 angstrom pores will not be adsorbed. The 4A molecular sieve is composed of the sodium type of A crystalline structure. For a 4A molecular sieve, the sequence rate that adsorption occurs is Ar, Kr, Xe, NH3, CO, CO2, C2H2, CH3Br, C2H4, CH3OH, CH3CN2, CS2, and CH3CL.
 
Due to the crystalline structure, molecular sieves that have a 4 angstrom pore size have a very high rate of adsorption and properties—including an increased resistance to outside contamination and crushing strength stronger than other desiccants—that promote a longer life for products treated by the sieve. The most common use for the 4A molecular sieve is to remove water and moisture from materials that are in gas and liquid form.

Product Performance
 
Molecular sieve has strong moisture absorption capacity and is used for gas purification treatment. Avoid direct exposure to the air during storage. Molecular sieves that have been stored for a long time and have absorbed moisture should be regenerated before use. Molecular sieve avoids oil and liquid water. Try to avoid contact with oil and liquid water when in use. The gases to be dried in industrial production include air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc. Two adsorption dryers are used in parallel, one works, and the other can be regenerated. Alternate work and regeneration to ensure continuous operation of the equipment. The dryer works at 8-12°C, and regenerates when heated to 350°C. Different specifications of molecular sieve have slightly different regeneration temperatures. Molecular sieves have a good catalytic effect on certain organic gas phase reactions.
