Product Performance
Molecular sieve has strong moisture absorption capacity and is used for gas purification treatment. Avoid direct exposure to the air during storage. Molecular sieves that have been stored for a long time and have absorbed moisture should be regenerated before use. Molecular sieve avoids oil and liquid water. Try to avoid contact with oil and liquid water when in use. The gases to be dried in industrial production include air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc. Two adsorption dryers are used in parallel, one works, and the other can be regenerated. Alternate work and regeneration to ensure continuous operation of the equipment. The dryer works at 8-12°C, and regenerates when heated to 350°C. Different specifications of molecular sieve have slightly different regeneration temperatures. Molecular sieves have a good catalytic effect on certain organic gas phase reactions.

Shanghai Xuefeng Molecular Sieve Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of molecular sieve products, which belongs to Zhengzhou Xueshan Industrial Co., Ltd. Located in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone, covering an area of 24 acer, it has nearly 7000 square meters of most standardized workshop, production equipment and testing instruments. At present, there are a series of stereotyped products such as type A (3a, 4a, 5a), X and so on, as many as 25 varieties have been put on the market.
The products are widely used in natural gas, oil refining, petrochemical, steel, light industry, air separation oxygen production and alcohol dehydration and other industrial fields, and have many successful examples in the deep drying, purification and separation of large and medium-sized industrial equipment at home and abroad. Shanghai Xuefeng has introduced and digested the production technology of similar foreign products. The raw powder produced by our own Xueshan Industrial Company is added with clay strengthening agent. After kneading, roasting and activation, the appearance is beige or light gray. We can also produce strip and ball products of different specifications according to customer requirements. In accordance with the domestic (industry) standards of molecular sieves and referring to the main technical indicators of similar foreign products, Shanghai Xuefeng Molecular Sieve has formulated the technical standards for molecular sieve enterprises (QB/SF2690-99).The main testing items and indicators are shown in the sample.
